Laurie was really great and went above and beyond the call of duty. When my husband came here for a job interview in September, she showed me around Ocean Pines and
Berlin. Then we had 3 days in November to find a house and she had made a plan whereby we'd look at houses in a logical succession and plan. We looked at houses on day 1 and went and relooked at our favorites on Day 2. Since she had arranged our visits so well, we saw a lot of houses on Day 1. She was also very helpful when the homeowner

I have worked with Laurie on the sale of four of my houses as I look toward retirement. She and I are so much on the same page it makes our work seamless. I know my job which is to prepare and present my houses as beautifully as possible to attract decerning buyers. Laurie's job is Everything Else! She studies the areas of the properties and the recent sales and current market. She includes my input in the considerations. We always reach what I consider optimal listing prices and concrete reasons for those prices.

Laurie takes care of all the work I consider drudgery. She does the paperwork as well as arranging for the gorgeous pictures. She liaises with showing agents, mortgage brokers, settlement companies, potential buyers and the rest, giving me excellent and immediate feedback as the process proceeds.
