Real Estate Market Smart Charts for Wicomico and Worcester for April!

Don’t believe anyone who tells you this is not a busy market…. the only reason it is not as busy as in the past is that we are seriously low still on inventory!!  Even though as you’ll see on these 2 charts, the listing inventory is up from last month and also up from the same month last year; we still don’t have enough supply for the demand.

We have had an unusually wet spring which may account for the lower pending sales numbers, but our closed transactions are up in both counties!  So come on sunshine so we can see the under contracts #’s increase.  There are multiple offer situations in allllll price ranges!!!  Many specific Buyers go out in any kind of weather to hope to be the winning bid on a unique property.  So don’t wait to put your house on the market!! It is a great time to be a Seller!!
